Join a group of high achievers for a transformational coaching experience.
Feeling Lost in Life?
I was once there, grinding through and puttering along with life. I was on the path to achieving more until I burned out. I was living to work, instead of working to live.
Fortunately, I took a hard look at my life and decided to do something different. I began to write every day and built LivingOS along the way. I am now working on something I truly care about and coaching hundreds of high-achievers to do the same.
Now I want to share my research, experiences, and frameworks with you. In this program, I will invite you into a world beyond goals and success:
- You will discover what would make your life far more fulfilling.
- You will learn a new way of achieving your goals while aligning with your values.
- You will become more effective and design a life you love.
“A phenomenal exercise around self-reflection.”
“Thank you for helping me get clarity. Highly recommend the fellowship. The best part about her approach is that she helps you find the answers within.”
“Big thank you for helping me get closer towards defining my own personal values. Such a vague topic I’ve looked around a lot for answers to, I thoroughly enjoyed her approach.”

Who We Are Looking For
Our goal with The LivingOS Fellowship is to bring together an inspiring community of professionals with shared ambitions and values. Every member is interviewed by the founding team. Once accepted, we carefully curate a peer cohort of twelve people to ensure psychological safety.
We look for people who can bring their full selves to the group and want to empower the group to do the same. You’ll build deep relationships with your cohort and have a trusted advisory network to support you throughout your life.
Current members have backgrounds in education, startups, and technology.
The program includes a weekly group coaching call for six weeks, for a total of nine hours. In addition, each week you’ll spend at least another three hours listening to pre-recorded lessons and performing experiments. Expect a total time commitment of approximately 4 hours per week or 24 hours over 6 weeks.
While these are minimal time commitments, programs like this are measured in commitment, vulnerability, and courage. Ultimately, it is up to you to take the tools out into the real world and experiment with them in your life. These experiments could include journaling or reflection exercises, certain conversations to have with people in your life, self-care rituals, new questions to apply to challenges you are facing and others.
When does the program start and finish?
We are kicking off the first cohort in December. Request the full application today.
Are there any prerequisites for this program?
There are no formal prerequisites. That said, you will get the most out of this experience if you are committed to doing the work, willing to be transparent and vulnerable, taking responsibility for your own learning and enjoyment, and clarifying the aspects of life you want to work on.
Does Charlene have all the answers?
Of course not! If you’re looking for someone with all the answers, you are setting yourself up to be taken advantage of at some point. You are the only person who has the answers. My job is to help you clarify your answers.
Where does this material come from?
The LivingOS Fellowship incorporates ideas, techniques, and tools from many different sources. These include science-based psychological and physiological frameworks and training Charlene has learned and tested over five years of personal experimentation and coaching.
How does the admission work?
Admission is granted on a rolling basis, we encourage you to complete your application as soon as possible. Payment will be due upon acceptance into the program. The payment can be made by you, or by your employer. (We’re happy to provide a letter you can share with your employer).
Is there a scholarship?
We offer a limited number of merit scholarships for those who need financial assistance. Once you request the application, you’ll be able to submit a scholarship application from there.
Can I ask another question?
Yes, please do! If there’s anything we haven’t covered here, please don’t hesitate to email us.
